Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (en idioma árabe محمد بن راشد المكتوم), también Shayj Mohammed, (nacido en Dubái, el 22 de julio de 1949), es el actual primer ministro y vice presidente de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos. De igual forma es el mandatario del emirato de Dubái.
